A client who sells skincare, jewelry, clothing, or food tells you they want to sell online. Today they take orders on WhatsApp, write them down in a notebook, and lose track. They want an online store, but you don't know where to start with catalogs, categories, and orders.
You don't need to know. You sell the store under your brand and we build it behind the scenes.
An online store isn't the same as a website
A website presents the business. An online store also shows products so people can choose them and place an order. That involves things a regular website doesn't have:
- A product catalog with photos, descriptions, and prices.
- Categories and filters to find what you're looking for.
- A clear way to place an order.
- A place where the owner can add, edit, or remove products.
That's why a store is quoted separately and with more questions than a website.
For you, as an agency, a store is a project with a lot of perceived value. The client feels like they're going from selling through chat to having a real online business. And if you do it right, it becomes the place their social media, ads, and WhatsApp point to for years.
What we build
We build stores with the same approach as our websites: 100% custom, hand-coded, and no WordPress templates. Our website portfolio has live stores, like ones for natural skincare, jewelry, and fish and seafood, that you can use as examples of what's possible.
What we deliver:
- Custom design built around your client's brand, approved in PDF before development.
- A catalog organized by categories.
- An admin system to manage products, text, and sections without coding.
- Works well on phones, tablets, and computers.
- Loads fast. A slow store loses sales; we explain why in a slow website loses customers.
- The store belongs to your client, it isn't tied to us. We explain why this matters in your website should be yours.
The exact features (how payment works, how orders are placed, shipping or in-store pickup) are defined in the brief, because they vary a lot from one business to another.

Your client never talks to us. If they have questions about how to manage their store, we explain it to you.
The questions to ask before you quote
A poorly defined store turns into a project that never ends. Before you give a price, ask your client:
- How many products will they have at launch, and in how many categories?
- Do they have good photos of each product, or does that need to be solved?
- How do they want to receive orders and payments?
- Do they ship, deliver locally, or offer pickup only?
- Do the products have variants, like sizes, colors, or dimensions?
- Who's going to upload the products: them, their team, or us?
The photo question is the one that delays the most projects. A store with bad photos sells little, no matter how nice it looks.
One more recommendation: start with the essentials. It's better to launch the store with the best-selling products and add the rest later than to wait months for the full catalog. An online store with twenty good products sells more than a perfect store that doesn't exist yet.
How to make the store sell after you deliver it
An online store with no traffic is a shop window on an empty street. Here's your chance to keep billing:
- Social media to showcase the products every day.
- Ads on Facebook and Instagram that drive people to the store or to WhatsApp.
- Artificial Intelligence for WhatsApp that answers product questions and sends photos.
That way, the store stops being a one-time sale and becomes the center of a monthly client.
Agency pricing
The store has agency pricing that's lower than the public price. You can ask for the list on WhatsApp, and since every store is different, we quote it with the brief in hand. Whatever you charge above that is your margin.
Do you have an agency or work on your own? We are your production team.
You sell and bill under your brand; we handle social media, ads, websites, AI and support at agency pricing. Your client never knows we are behind it.
Your next step
If you have a client who sells on WhatsApp and writes orders down by hand, you already have your first store. Message us on WhatsApp with the answers to the questions above and we'll prepare your agency quote.
Frequently asked questions
Are the stores built on WordPress or Shopify?
No. We hand-code them and custom-build them, with a system so the owner can manage products and content without coding.
Who uploads the products to the store?
That's defined in the brief. Your client can do it with the admin system, or we can upload them if you send us the information.
How long does an online store take?
It depends on the number of products, the features, and how quickly the photos and copy come in. We give you a timeline with the brief in hand.
