When a client asks you "so what do you offer?", there are two ways to answer. The first is to put together a custom proposal by hand, explaining service by service. The second is to show them three clear packages and let them choose. The second closes faster and makes you look more professional.
Here's how to build those packages using our white label production and your agency pricing.
Why sell packages instead of individual services
- The client decides faster. Comparing three options is easier than picturing a proposal from scratch.
- You raise your average ticket. Many people pick the middle package, not the cheapest one.
- You stay more organized. You know exactly what to deliver to each client.
- You protect your margin. Each package already has its cost worked out.
If you're not sure yet which services you can include, start with services your agency can start selling tomorrow.
An example of three packages
This is just an example so you can see the logic. You decide the names, contents, and prices.
| Basic | Mid-tier | Premium | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Social media with a community manager | Yes | Yes | Yes |
| Facebook and Instagram ads | Yes | Yes | |
| Landing page or website | Yes | ||
| Artificial Intelligence for WhatsApp | Yes | ||
| Monthly report | Yes | Yes | Yes |
Notice that each tier adds something the client understands without explanation: first presence, then customers, then a complete system to take care of them. Another way to build them is by goal: one package to "look professional" (identity and social media), another to "get customers" (social media and ads), and another to "never lose one" (ads, landing page, and AI or customer support).
How to price each package
This is where your agency pricing comes in. All our services have an agency price that's lower than the public price, and you can ask for the list on WhatsApp. With that list, you do a simple calculation:
- Add up your agency cost for the services in the package.
- Add your time: meetings, client service, deliveries, and billing are worth something too.
- Check the market reference. For example, for the public, Professional Brand costs $350 a month (new clients pay $250 the first month).
- Set your price so it leaves you a healthy margin and stays competitive.

Remember to keep the ad spend separate from the package price. Your client pays that spend directly to Meta or Google.
Rules for packages that sell
- Make the difference clear. Each package should add something people understand, not technical details.
- Make the middle one the most attractive. It's the one you'll sell most, so give it the best balance of price and value.
- Keep a premium even if few people buy it. It makes the middle one look reasonable.
- Simple names. Basic, Growth, Complete. No names that need explaining.
- No promises of results. Promise services, consistency, and reports, not exact sales.
Mistakes that cut your margin
- Cramming everything into the basic package to close fast. Then there's no reason to upgrade.
- Forgetting your time. If you only add up production cost, you're doing client service for free.
- Giving discounts without changing what you deliver. If you lower the price, take something out of the package.
- Not reviewing your packages. Every so often, look at which one sells most and adjust.
- Copying another agency's packages. What works for them may not fit your clients or the way you work.
One more detail: leave room for add-on services outside the packages, like a logo, an online store, or 24/7 customer support. That way, a client who needs something specific doesn't have to move up a tier, and you have another way to grow what they spend with you without changing your structure.
How to present the packages
Put all three on a single page, side by side, with what each one includes and its monthly price. Explain in one sentence who each package is for. And finish with a clear next step: book a call or message on WhatsApp. If you want to take it further, read how to write a sales proposal that closes.
We produce everything you sell in each package, white label: your client never knows we're behind it, and we never contact them. You sell, deliver, and get paid.
Do you have an agency or work on your own? We are your production team.
You sell and bill under your brand; we handle social media, ads, websites, AI and support at agency pricing. Your client never knows we are behind it.
Build your packages this week
Ask for the agency price list on WhatsApp, pick the services for each tier, and work out your margin. With three clear packages, your next sales conversation is going to be much shorter.
Frequently asked questions
How many packages should I offer?
Three is usually ideal: a basic, a mid-tier, and a premium. More options confuse people, and fewer limit their choice.
Should I include the ad spend in the package?
It's better to keep it separate. Your client pays the spend directly to Meta or Google, and your package covers the strategy, design, and management service.
Where do I get the prices to build my packages?
You can ask for the agency price list on WhatsApp. With it, you add up your cost, add your time, and set your selling price.
