A lot of people who sell marketing have the same problem: they close the client and then have no one to do the work. Or they do it themselves at two in the morning, tired and rushed. Our agency program exists to fix that.
The idea fits in one sentence: you sell and get paid, we produce. Here's how it works in practice, who does what, and what happens after the first delivery.
Who does what
First, it's important to be clear on who does what. That way we avoid misunderstandings from day one.
| Your agency | Blides Publicity |
|---|---|
| Finds and closes the client | Produces designs, content and ads |
| Sets the final price | Builds websites and sets up the AI |
| Gathers the information (brief) | Handles revisions and adjustments |
| Delivers the work to its client | Builds the calendar and publishes when it applies |
| Collects its invoices | Prepares the reports |
In short, you keep the sales side and the relationship. We take on all the production logistics.
The five steps
1. You join the program
You message us on WhatsApp, we send you the agency price list and explain how we work. There's no minimum number of clients and no long-term contract. You can join with a client you already have or one you're about to close.
2. You sell under your name and at your price
You offer the services as your own. You set the price. As a market reference, our Professional Brand plan has a public price of $350 a month. Your agency price is lower than that, and the difference from what you charge is your margin. We explain it in depth in agency pricing and your margin.
3. You send us the brief
Once you close, you send us the client's information: logo, colors, services, any access we need and what was sold. The clearer it is, the faster we get started.
4. We produce and deliver to you
Our team works on the order and delivers it to you. You review it, ask for adjustments if needed and approve it. This workflow is covered in detail in from brief to delivery.
5. You deliver and get paid
You present the work to your client under your brand. They pay you. You pay us the agency price. We never talk to your client or invoice them.
Imagine you're an independent community manager and a barbershop in your city asks you for social media and ads.
What happens month to month
Most marketing services are monthly: social media, ads, Customer Support, AI for WhatsApp. That means the work doesn't end with the first delivery. Every month:
- We prepare the client's content calendar.
- We produce the designs and copy, and send them to you for approval.
- We publish Monday through Sunday when the service includes it.
- We adjust the ads: we pause what isn't working and scale what is.
- We send you the report so you can present it to your client.
You keep the conversation going with the client. If they ask for a change, you pass it to us and we make it. If they want to add a service, you sell it and we produce it.
An example to make it clear
Imagine you're an independent community manager and a barbershop in your city asks you for social media and ads. You send the proposal under your name, close the deal and charge the first month. That same afternoon, you send us the logo, photos of the shop, the list of services and what you sold. We build the month's calendar, produce the designs and set up the first ad tests. We send it to you, you review it, you show it to the barbershop owner and he approves it. From there, we publish, measure and adjust. At the end of the month, you get the report and present it as your own. The barbershop owner only ever talked to you. It's just an example, but that's what a normal month looks like inside the program.
Tools to stay organized
As you add clients, staying organized becomes key. You can rely on CRM Blides, where your agency has its own client list as a partner agency, with a calendar, payments and a public link so your client can approve content without logging into any system. To learn more, read CRM for marketing agencies.
What you need to bring
The program works best when your part is done well. What we expect from you is small, but important:
- Know what you sold. A clear scope prevents surprises.
- Respond on time. If an approval takes a week, so does the post.
- Be the filter. Your client talks to you, and you talk to us.
- Collect on time. Your cash flow depends on your invoices.
That's it. You don't need to know how to design, code or run Meta Ads. You need to know how to sell and take care of your clients, which is exactly what you already do.
Do you have an agency or work on your own? We are your production team.
You sell and bill under your brand; we handle social media, ads, websites, AI and support at agency pricing. Your client never knows we are behind it.
Next step
If you want to test the model with a client you already have or one you're about to close, message us on WhatsApp. We'll send you the agency price list, tell you what we need and get started on your first brief.
Frequently asked questions
Who talks to my client?
Only you. We never contact the end client; all questions, changes and approvals go through your agency.
Can I set any price I want?
Yes. You decide the final price. We charge you the agency price and the difference is your margin.
Do I have to sign a long contract?
No. We don't use long-term contracts or require a minimum number of clients to get started.
