You just closed a new client. They're excited, they paid for the first month and they want to see something soon. Now what? This is the moment when many small agencies get tangled up: they don't know what to ask for, who to hand it to or when they'll have something to show.
Here's the complete workflow when Blides Publicity is your production team, from the brief until your client has the finished work in hand.
It all starts with the brief
The brief is the client's information and what needs to be done. It's the most important piece of the whole workflow, because a clear brief saves days of back and forth.
A good brief includes:
- The business name, what it does and who it sells to.
- Logo, colors and fonts if they already have them.
- What was sold: which service, what scope and what date was promised.
- Photos, videos, copy or examples the client likes.
- Necessary access: social accounts, ad account, domain or hosting, depending on the service.
It doesn't have to be perfect. If something is missing, we ask you, never the client. If you want a guide to getting that information from your client without looking disorganized, read how to ask your client for the brief.
Production
With the brief in hand, the order goes to the right team: design, content, ads, development or AI setup. Each service has its own way of getting started:
- Social media: we build the month's content calendar and produce the designs and copy.
- Website: first we prepare the design as a PDF so you can see it before we code it.
- Ads: we set up the first tests on a small budget to see what responds.
- AI for WhatsApp: we train it with the business's identity, goals, rules, products and services.
- Customer Support: we define how customers are served, what gets answered and how appointments are booked.
So revisions don't eat into your margin, it's worth reading revisions and changes without losing money.
Revisions and approval
Everything we produce comes to you first. You review it calmly and tell us what to adjust. Once you're happy with it, you show it to your client.
If your client asks for changes, you pass them along as they are. We recommend gathering all feedback in a single message: it's faster for everyone and keeps details from getting lost. So revisions don't eat into your margin, it's worth reading revisions and changes without losing money.
A practical tip: if you use CRM Blides, your client can review and approve posts from a public link, without logging into the system. We explain it in content approval with a link.
Delivery and publishing
Once it's approved, it's time to deliver. That depends on the service:
- Designs and one-off pieces: we send you the final files so you can deliver them under your brand.
- Social media: we publish according to the approved calendar, Monday through Sunday when the plan includes it.
- Website: we hand it over ready, with its system for editing text, colors and sections without coding.
- Ads: we launch the campaigns and start measuring.
- AI and support: they go live and keep running every day.
Every month we wrap up with a report that you present to your client as your own.
Reference timelines
These are the general rhythms we work with. Use them so you don't overpromise:
| Service | What you see first | Pace |
|---|---|---|
| Social media | The month's calendar with designs | Monthly |
| Website | Design as a PDF | Ready in 5 to 15 days |
| Ads | First tests on a small budget | Ongoing adjustments |
| AI for WhatsApp | Setup with the business's information | Runs every day |
| Customer Support | Service rules | 24/7 |
Every project is different. If your client needs something for a specific date, let us know before you promise it.
What slows the workflow down
Almost every time something gets delayed, the cause is one of these:
- The brief arrives incomplete and we have to wait for the logo or access.
- The client takes days to approve.
- Changes come in ten different messages instead of one.
- A date was promised without checking first.
None of these is serious if you know about it ahead of time. Your role is to be the filter: gather, organize and pass along the information. Ours is to turn it into finished work.
A simple trick that helps a lot: when you close the sale, tell your client up front what you need from them and by when. For example, that they send you the logo and photos that same week and approve the calendar within a couple of days. When the client knows their response moves the project forward, they reply faster, and you come across as an organized agency.
Do you have an agency or work on your own? We are your production team.
You sell and bill under your brand; we handle social media, ads, websites, AI and support at agency pricing. Your client never knows we are behind it.
Your first brief
If you already have a client waiting, message us on WhatsApp. We'll send you the agency price list and tell you exactly what we need to get started this very week.
Frequently asked questions
What happens if the brief arrives incomplete?
We ask you for whatever is missing and move forward with what we already have. We never contact your client to ask for information.
Does my client see the work before I do?
No. Everything comes to you first so you can review and approve it before showing it to your client.
How long does a website take?
Generally between 5 and 15 days, depending on the size of the project. Before we code it, you see the design as a PDF.
