A client asks if you can also handle their Instagram and Facebook. You know how to sell, you know how to talk to them, but you don't have a designer or the time to post every day. That "yes, I'll do it" you don't dare to say is money going to another agency.
This article is here so you can say it with confidence. You sell the community manager service under your name. We produce it behind the scenes, white label.
Why community management is the easiest service to sell
Almost every business knows it needs to be on social media. What they don't have is time, consistency, or an eye for design. That's why social media management is the most common way in for a small agency or a freelancer.
It's also a monthly service. You don't charge once and that's it: you charge every month as long as the client is happy. Compared to a website or a logo, that monthly fee is what gives your business stability.
The problem is production. A single client, properly served, needs designs, captions, a calendar, posting Monday through Sunday, revisions, and a report at the end of the month. With three or four clients, there aren't enough hours in your day.
What we do behind your brand
When you hand us a social media client, we take care of all the logistics. It's the same service we sell to the public as Professional Brand, but delivered to you so you can deliver it to your client.
- Unlimited designs for their posts and stories.
- Monthly content calendar showing what goes live each day.
- Captions for every post, in Spanish or English.
- Posting Monday through Sunday when you agree on that with your client.
- Revisions and changes until the content is approved.
- A report you can show your client so they see how their account is doing.
Nothing goes live without approval. We explain why this prevents problems in approve content before posting. And if you want to see how a full month of posts comes together, read how to build a monthly content calendar.
What you do: sell, deliver, and get paid
Your job comes down to three things, and they're exactly the ones you're best at:
- Sell: you land the client and close the deal under your name and at your price.
- Deliver: you share the calendar and designs for approval, and you send them their report.
- Get paid: you invoice them every month. The relationship is yours.
We never contact your client. They don't know we exist. Everything goes through you.
What a normal month looks like
| When | What you do | What we do |
|---|---|---|
| Kickoff | You send us the client brief | We review the brand and build the calendar |
| First week | You share the calendar with your client | We design and write the captions |
| Approval | You pass along their feedback | We make the changes |
| All month | You take care of your client | We post Monday through Sunday |
| End of month | You deliver the report and get paid | We prepare the report |
The brief doesn't have to be long: logo, colors, what the business does, what it wants to promote, and any photos or videos it has. That's enough to get started.
How much you can earn per client
We're not going to publish our agency pricing in an article; you can ask for that on WhatsApp. What we can tell you is the market reference: for the public, Professional Brand costs $350 a month (new clients pay $250 the first month).
Your agency pricing is lower than that public price. Whatever you charge your client above what you pay us is your margin. Some agencies charge close to the public price, and others charge more because they add their own consulting or service. That's up to you. We break it down in detail in agency pricing and your margin.
A social media client who stays twelve months is worth far more than one big one-time sale. Protect the monthly fee.
Mistakes worth avoiding
- Promising exact followers or sales. Nobody can guarantee that. Sell consistency, quality, and a brand that looks professional.
- Skipping approval. If your client doesn't approve, they'll complain later about what went live.
- Sending an empty brief. The more information you give us, the fewer changes there will be.
- Accepting any price just to close. If you charge below your cost, the business won't hold up.
We don't require a minimum number of clients to get started, and you don't sign a long-term contract. You can start with one and add more whenever you want.
Do you have an agency or work on your own? We are your production team.
You sell and bill under your brand; we handle social media, ads, websites, AI and support at agency pricing. Your client never knows we are behind it.
The next step
If you already have a client who asked you for social media, or you want to start offering it, message us on WhatsApp and ask for the agency price list. Send us the first brief and your client starts seeing professional content under your name.
Frequently asked questions
Will my client find out that you do the work?
No. We work fully white label: we never contact your client, and everything we deliver comes to you so you can hand it over under your name.
Do I need to know design to sell community manager services?
No. You sell and take care of your client; we handle the designs, captions, calendar, and posting.
How many social media clients do I need to get started?
No particular number. There's no client minimum and no long-term contract, so you can start with just one.
