Before sending us their first brief, almost every agency goes through the same questions. That's normal: you're going to put your agency's name on work done by another team, and you want to know who you're getting into business with.
Here are the 15 questions we get asked most, with straight answers and no beating around the bush.
About the model
1. What exactly is the agency program?
It's a white label model. You sell under your name and keep the relationship with your client. You send us the brief, we produce everything and deliver it to you. You deliver it to your client and collect your invoices. We explain it step by step in how our agency program works.
2. Who can join?
Small and midsize agencies, freelance designers and community managers, consultants, print shops, photo studios, web developers and independent salespeople. It works the same for a solo operator as for a large agency.
3. Do I need a minimum number of clients?
No. You can start with just one client. There's no long-term contract either.
4. What services can I sell?
Social media with unlimited designs and a community manager, Facebook and Instagram ads, Google Ads, hand-coded websites with a system to edit them, Artificial Intelligence for WhatsApp and 24/7 Customer Support with real people.
About confidentiality
5. Will my client find out that Blides is behind it?
No. We work fully white label. Our name never appears in what you deliver and we never contact your client.
6. Could Blides take my client?
That's not our business. Our business is producing for agencies, and that only works if agencies trust us. Everything goes through you: the brief, questions, changes and deliveries.
7. What do I tell my client if they ask who does the work?
That you have a production team. It's the truth. You don't need to give names, just like any company that works with vendors. What your client values is having someone they trust who answers them, understands their business and delivers on time. You keep doing that.
About pricing and payments
8. How much does it cost?
Every service has an agency price that is lower than the public price. For reference, the public price of Professional Brand is $350 a month. We send the agency price list on WhatsApp. If you want to understand how to calculate what you keep, read agency pricing and your margin.
9. Can I charge whatever I want?
Yes. You decide your selling price. The difference between what you charge and your agency price is your margin.
10. I'm in Latin America. Can I work with you?
Yes. We work in dollars and deliver in Spanish and English, which is key if you have clients in the United States. More details in Latin American agencies with clients in the United States.
About day-to-day work
11. How long does it take?
It depends on the service. A website is ready in 5 to 15 days, and you see the design as a PDF first. Social media is handled with a monthly calendar. Ads start with small-budget tests and are adjusted continuously.
12. How do revisions work?
Everything comes to you first. You review it, ask us for adjustments and, once you're happy, show it to your client. If your client asks for changes, you pass them to us. We recommend gathering all feedback in a single message so things move faster. It also helps a lot to make the scope clear from the sale: what the service includes, how many pieces are delivered and what's billed separately. That way revisions stay within what was sold and don't turn into extra work nobody pays for.
13. Do you guarantee results?
No, and be wary of anyone who does. What we do is work with a method: with ads, for example, we test on a small budget, pause what isn't working and scale what is. For reference, across our clients' campaigns we've published an average cost per lead of $6.19.
About getting started
14. How do I keep all my clients organized?
You can rely on CRM Blides. Your agency gets its own client list as a partner agency, with a calendar, payments and a public link so your client can approve content without logging into the system. If you'd rather keep your own way of staying organized, that's fine too. What matters is having on hand, for each client, what you sold, when it renews and when they pay you. Once you go past five or six clients, keeping track of that from memory or in scattered WhatsApp messages stops working.
15. How do I get started?
Message us on WhatsApp at +1 (321) 276-9341. We'll send you the agency price list and, when you have your first client, you send us the brief. To have it ready, check out what we need to start producing.
Do you have an agency or work on your own? We are your production team.
You sell and bill under your brand; we handle social media, ads, websites, AI and support at agency pricing. Your client never knows we are behind it.
Still have a question?
If your question isn't here, message us. We answer on WhatsApp or at info@BlidesPublicity.com. We'd rather you ask everything before starting than get going with doubts.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need to know how to design or run ads?
No. Your part is selling, delivering and getting paid. We handle production, revisions, the calendar and reports.
What happens if my client cancels?
You let us know and we stop producing for that client. We don't use long-term contracts.
Where is Blides Publicity located?
We have offices in Orlando, Florida, and have been working since 2019 with businesses and agencies in the United States and Latin America.
